Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction will:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for project execution.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare Construction should have:

• Proven experience in the construction industry, 3-5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent (managing projects start to finish)
• Project experience within the healthcare market required
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and project plans.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges on-site.
