Description

As the Irrigation Superintendent, you will oversee daily field operations for softscape construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include:

• Leading crews and subcontractors on active jobsites
• Managing daily softscape installation activities
• Completing and verifying punch‑list items
• Conducting irrigation quality assessments
• Upholding safety, productivity, and workmanship standards
• Collaborating closely with division leadership to ensure project success

Profile

• Current Irrigation License (required)
  
• Strong understanding of commercial landscape and irrigation plans
• Broad knowledge of landscape and irrigation industry standards
• Ability to manage projects from award through completion
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

Job Offer

• Highly competitive base salary - $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
