Description
As the Irrigation Superintendent, you will oversee daily field operations for softscape construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Leading crews and subcontractors on active jobsites
- Managing daily softscape installation activities
- Completing and verifying punch‑list items
- Conducting irrigation quality assessments
- Upholding safety, productivity, and workmanship standards
- Collaborating closely with division leadership to ensure project success
Profile
- Current Irrigation License (required)
- Strong understanding of commercial landscape and irrigation plans
- Broad knowledge of landscape and irrigation industry standards
- Ability to manage projects from award through completion
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
Job Offer
- Highly competitive base salary - $80,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
