Project Manager - Retail Construction

Founded 20 years ago, company has quickly grown to about 60 employees with no signs of slowing down while keeping the culture of a small family environment.

• Specialized in retail construction from $1M-$5M projects
• Nationwide scope of work requiring some travel
• Have developed solid relationships with key national clients
• Recently expanded to Canada for their growing needs
• Around 30 total project managers

Description

• Lead project management efforts while maintaining excellent communication skills with superintendents and clients.
• Multitask between multiple projects ranging up to $5M in size.
• Oversee all operations including scheduling, workload, budgeting and much more.
• Travel is expected about 1-3 times per week
• Ability to lead projects from start to finish
• Ensure all safety protocols are being strictly adhered to
• Drive solutions
• Assist in business development by maintaining excellent communication with clients

Profile

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Someone who can hit the ground running
• Ground up retail experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Customer oriented- Company values customer service and relationship building

Job Offer

• Base salary of $90K- $120K
• 3 weeks of PTO
