Executive Project Manager

We seek an Executive Project Manager to join our client's growing team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience within the Financial Services realm, working hand-in-hand with stakeholders and executives daily.

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.

Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using project management tools.

• Monitor project performance and risks, applying mitigation strategies and adjusting plans as needed to maintain alignment with business objectives.

• Deliver structured project updates and executive dashboards, translating technical data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Profile

• Minimum of 10 years working within the technology project management space

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall) and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience with financial crimes vendor platforms commonly used in banking or financial services settings.

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
