Construction Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. The Construction Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive successful outcomes.

Description

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a Construction Senior Project Manager role.
  • Proven experience managing projects in commercial or institutional sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
