Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Overseeing & managing Large Public Academic projects from start through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parties
• Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
• Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
• Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Upholding company image / professionalism

Profile

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• 8+ years experience as a Superintendent with a GC
• Strong background in large scale ground-up public work (ideally K-12 - not residential or multifamily)
• Solid Tenure with a reputable GC
• Proven ability to run a large job - the project will be $60M - open to someone who has a lot of LARGE project experience as a second super and is ready to take that next step
