New Brunswick -Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects involving both interior and exterior scopes from pre‑construction through close‑out. This role requires a hands-on general contracting professional who excels at managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations while delivering high-quality work.

Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Manage both interior (fit-outs, renovations, tenant improvements) and exterior (façade, roofing, site work) scopes
- Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, procurement, and on‑site supervision
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and project clarity
- Track costs, forecast budget impacts, and ensure delivery within approved financial parameters
- Ensure quality control and adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Minimum 5 years of general contractor experience managing commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated experience in both interior and exterior construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project scheduling
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractor teams
