Project Engineer
The Project Engineer is a key member of the project team, responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Description
Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, submittal logs, RFIs, and procurement tracking.
Review construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure consistency and compliance.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of project tasks.
Support the project team with document control including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and punch lists.
Attend jobsite meetings and provide real-time updates to the project team on progress, issues, and coordination needs.
Collaborate with the field superintendent to ensure alignment between site activities and project objectives.
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice verification.
Manage project closeout documentation including warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2+ years of experience in commercial construction; internship/co-op experience considered.
Strong understanding of construction documents and project lifecycle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, and construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
