Superintendent
The Superintendent will manage the day-to-day operations of commercial interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will oversee on-site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project delivery.

Description
Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
Supervise subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure high-quality work.
Monitor and enforce safety standards and building codes.
Maintain communication with project managers and clients, providing updates and addressing issues.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial interiors, with a strong understanding of construction processes, leadership skills, and a track record of managing complex projects. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Minimum 5 years of commercial interior project experience.
Strong knowledge of site management, construction processes, and safety standards.
Ability to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
