Project Manager | Light Industrial Construction | Kansas City
Our client is looking for a Project Manager with experience leading large-scale ground up light industrial construction projects. This person will hit the ground running and this particular GC is well-known for the incredible support provided across their project management team - giving you the backing you need to do your job well, while also providing autonomy.

Description
- Oversee all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or risks effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Project Manager specializing in industrial construction should have:
