My client is a top-tier fully integrated developer in Southeast Wisconsin. They specialize in multifamily, residential and commercial builds and take these projects truly cradle to grave. They serve as their own GC - subbing out all trades. They have a proven track record of quality builds, and one of the most impressive project portfolios in the state.
- Undertakes a variety of construction projects, emphasizing both residential and commercial builds.
- Incorporates cutting-edge design solutions for sustainable and effective building structures.
- Manages extensive developments with an emphasis on meticulous craftsmanship.
- Collaborates closely with local stakeholders to enhance urban infrastructure and development.
- Participates actively in community-driven initiatives to foster neighborhood growth and well-being
Description
- Analyze project blueprints and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for multifamily residential developments.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify project scope and requirements.
- Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities during preconstruction.
- Update estimates to reflect design changes or market fluctuations.
- Present and justify estimates to project managers, executives, and stakeholders.
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of estimating experience in the multifamily or commercial construction sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of estimating best practices
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- A passion for construction
