Project Manager - Multifamily - Wellesley, MA
We're partnering with a Boston‑area construction management firm to hire a mid-senior Project Manager for a 33‑unit luxury condominium project starting in February in Wellesley, MA. The role is 70% office (Weymouth) / 30% on‑site and leads a small team of APMs while owning delivery from precon through closeout.

Description
- Lead the 33‑unit luxury condo project end‑to‑end: schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage and mentor a small team of Assistant Project Managers/Assistant Supers.
- Drive preconstruction planning, procurement, and subcontractor buy‑out with meticulous attention to high‑end finishes.
- Oversee on‑site coordination with the Superintendent; ensure sequence, logistics, and inspections are executed to plan.
- Maintain project controls in Procore; conduct RFIs, submittals, change management, and cost reporting.
- Collaborate with owners' reps, design teams, and trade partners to resolve issues quickly and minimize disruption.
- Champion risk management and QA/QC for premium finishes and detailed craftsmanship.

Job Offer
