A well-known interiors and tenant improvement contractor with a strong presence in the suburban office and corporate build-out space. They work closely with repeat corporate clients and landlords, delivering high-quality office interiors and renovations.

Description

• Manage multiple tenant improvement projects simultaneously
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
• Coordinate with Superintendents and subcontractors
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Track project financials and change orders

Profile

• 4-8 years experience with commercial construction
• TI/interiors experience strongly preferred
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
