The VP of Transit/Rail Projects Across New England W/ Top ENR Firm will be responsible for:

  • Lead client relations for surface transportation clients, with an emphasis on transit and rail projects.

  • Manage major pursuits and projects, serving as Project Manager or Project Director.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Motivate and manage project teams, ensuring cohesive and efficient collaboration.

  • Support multiple transportation clients in the Boston area while providing direction to team members.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor and resource.

  • Oversee client pursuit strategies and lead positioning and proposal efforts.

  • Attract and retain top talent to develop a vibrant transit and rail practice in the New England area.

Profile

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in the engineering and construction field, with a focus on major rail projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; Massachusetts PE License required.

  • Proven ability to grow business and develop a strong portfolio of transit projects.

  • Experienced in setting industry standards, driving innovation, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide teams to success.

Job Requirements:

roject Manager - Healthcare Projects up to $15M - Manchester, NH will be responsible for:

managing the day-to-day construction of complex projects
ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
assisting with the pre-construction process including budget finalization, contracts/awards, material procurement & submittals
overseeing an Assistant Project Manager
coordinating and leading project, client, and architect meetings
acting as the main point of contact for the client
