MEP Construction Project Manager - North NJ
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of electrical components in construction projects. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Description
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of electrical systems in construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Lead project teams, providing clear direction and fostering collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing electrical systems in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
