Commercial Construction Superintendent - Columbus
In charge of all on site activities and progress, safety procedures, and subcontractor work. Also responsible for leading teams of 5-100 depending on the project.

All local work with a strong pipeline of diverse projects. A top GC with aspirations of growing their pipeline from 100M to 200M in 2 years.
Description
-Running projects on site

-Manage teams of 5-100
Profile
-OSHA 10 or 30
-Read Blueprints
-5+ years as a Superintendent
-10M up in value of projects
-Procore and Microsoft experience preferred
-PEMP is a plus
Job Offer
-$90-120k base
-$600 a month vehicle allowance
-annual bonus
