Description
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within scope
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
- Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing challenges
- Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 7+ years of experience building public / commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage $20M+ projects from inception to completion
- Strong general contracting background with tenure at reputable firms
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver, ensuring high-quality project outcomes
- Dedicated to a balanced workload and quality-focused project management
Job Offer
