Project Manager/Estimator - Commercial Construction
The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects within the industry, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role is based in Myrtle Beach and requires expertise in managing light industrial projects effectively. Estimating experience is a huge plus

Description
- Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A solid educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing light industrial construction projects.
