Construction - Project Manager (Interiors) - Brooklyn, NY

We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver high‑quality commercial interior projects across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. This is a great opportunity for a PM who enjoys fast‑paced interiors, strong client interaction, and seeing polished spaces through from concept to completion.

Client Details

Our client is a mid‑sized commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation throughout the NYC metro area. Known for their repeat clients, organized project teams, and collaborative culture, they specialize in office, tenant improvement, retail, and specialty interior buildouts.

Description

      • Manage commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
      • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
      • Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
      • Lead project meetings and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
      • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and smooth site execution.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

      • Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects in NYC.
      • Strong understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, millwork, and MEP coordination.
      • Highly organized, proactive, and confident communicating with clients and consultants.
      • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
      • A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering standout interior spaces.
