TA Partner - Tech - NYC (3 days onsite) - Up to $100K
A high-growth tech company is looking for a creative and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for internal business teams across the Americas. A fast-growing tech firm is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across a range of business-enabling functions. You'll drive the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring leaders to identify top talent for departments including Customer Experience, HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations across our core Americas markets.
We're looking for someone who can juggle competing priorities, deliver a stellar candidate experience, and act as a strategic voice in shaping hiring practices that reflect the future of our culture. This is a highly collaborative role where creativity, follow-through, and data-driven thinking are key.
Description
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for customer-facing and internal business functions across the Americas.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, structure interview processes, and align on candidate profiles.
- Conduct interviews across phone, video, and in-person formats, ensuring every candidate feels seen and valued.
- Use data to diagnose bottlenecks and optimize the hiring journey.
- Build talent pipelines using multiple sourcing strategies and creatively explore new channels.
- Maintain strong candidate communication and help reinforce a best-in-class interview experience.
- Collaborate with team members across regions to deliver consistent and scalable hiring practices.
- Write compelling job descriptions and evaluate selection tools to ensure alignment with business needs.
Profile
- 1-2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a startup or tech-driven environment.
- A track record of success managing multiple roles and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Comfort recruiting for customer-facing and corporate functions.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- A mindset that thrives on ownership, creativity, and driving results.
- A team-first attitude and passion for building a positive hiring experience.
