Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead Affordable Housing projects from pre-construction through completion. As a Project Manager, you will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for making a difference in local communities.

Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Affordable Housing projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with Affordable Housing projects.
• Proven track record of managing ground-up construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and NYC building regulations.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) processes and Affordable Housing funding mechanisms.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
