Project Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead Affordable Housing projects from pre-construction through completion. As a Project Manager, you will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for making a difference in local communities.

Our client, a self-performing developer based in Brooklyn, is a leader in building transformative Affordable Housing projects. With a commitment to excellence and community development, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality projects that make a lasting impact.
Description
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Affordable Housing projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with Affordable Housing projects.
- Proven track record of managing ground-up construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and NYC building regulations.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) processes and Affordable Housing funding mechanisms.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
