Responsibilities for Lead Superintendent - DSA Construction in Los Angeles

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with DSA regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with OSHA standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Manage budgets and resources to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams and subcontractors.
