Description
The Preconstruction Project Manager will:
- Lead the planning and budgeting phases of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop project designs that meet specifications and feasibility requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely progress and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the preconstruction process, keeping them informed and aligned with project goals.
Profile
The successful Preconstruction Project Manager
- Extensive experience in preconstruction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges early on.
- Excellent collaboration abilities, effectively working with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Skilled in creating detailed project schedules and budgets, using industry-standard software to streamline the planning process.
- Clear and proactive communicator, able to engage stakeholders and keep everyone aligned throughout the preconstruction phase.
