Description

The Preconstruction Project Manager will:

• Lead the planning and budgeting phases of construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop project designs that meet specifications and feasibility requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely progress and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the preconstruction process, keeping them informed and aligned with project goals.
