Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Ground Up - MA

We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager with at least 1+ years of APM experience to support the delivery of commercial construction projects, including ground-up and tenant improvement work. This role offers exposure to a wide range of sectors and the opportunity to grow within a highly respected firm.

They specialize in commercial, retail, academic, and corporate projects ranging from $1M to $30M, with occasional larger builds. Description

• Assist Project Managers in overseeing all phases of construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and documentation processes
• Utilize Excel and Bluebeam for project tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
• Attend site visits and progress meetings as needed
• Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have:

• Minimum 1+ years of Assistant Project Management experience in construction
• Ground-up project experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to diverse sectors (commercial, retail, academic, corporate)
• Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam
• Ability to commute to Needham, MA
• Tech-savvy, self-starter with strong communication skills
