Program Manager - Aerospace and Defense - Stratham, NH
The Program Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department to ensure successful execution and alignment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in the Aerospace and Defense manufacturing industry.

Description
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address potential risks or challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals effectively.

Profile
A successful Program Manager should have:
- A strong background in project or program management within a technical setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
