Well-established South Florida general contractor and project developer with 35+ years in the market and a long-tenured team. The business is known for a collaborative, non‑confrontational project approach and deep, repeat relationships across education, affordable housing, and interior buildouts.

Description

• Coordinate daily site activities and oversee subcontractor performance.
* Support project management tasks, including schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
* Help manage budgets, track progress, and report on cost and schedule impacts.
* Enforce safety, quality, and MDCPS standards across the project lifecycle.
* Work closely with senior leaders to resolve field issues and keep projects on track.

Profile

• Experience in commercial construction (field or PM support); K‑12 a plus.
* Comfortable splitting time between on‑site supervision and office coordination.
* Strong communicator who builds good relationships with owners and trades.
* Organized, detail‑driven, and able to follow established processes.
* Ambitious, coachable, and interested in growing into a full PM/Super role.

Job Offer

• Compensation: $65K-$90K for junior candidates; $100K-$120K for PM‑level experience.
  
• Employer pays 55% of healthcare, plus 401(k) with 3% match.
  
• No vehicle allowance on a single job; can be renegotiated if you are covering multiple sites.
