Traveling Superintendent QSR Experience

The traveling superintendent will be responsible for on site managing of the construction project. Able to coordinate with various subs and run a smooth schedule from start to finish.

This construction firm specializes in ground up restaurants, retail and QSR projects.

Description

Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional onsite working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

Construction Superintendent must have the following:

• GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Commercial Construction experience- Restaurants, retail and QSR
• Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects up to $5M in value
• Strong track record of overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Procore experience a big plus
• Ability to travel to to TX, AR, KS, OK
