Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor oversees daily quality operations, leading and developing a team to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer requirements. This role drives continuous improvement through data analysis, CAPA initiatives, and cross-department collaboration to maintain high product and process quality.

Description

Quality Supervisor Responsibilties:

• Lead and supervise quality personnel, ensuring daily activities align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and improve the quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and customer-specific standards.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, support audits, and promote companywide quality initiatives.

Profile

Quality Supervisor Requirements:

• BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to manage and develop quality teams.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
