Healthcare Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage healthcare projects from initiation through completion. This role involves coordinating multiple teams, stakeholders, and resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with healthcare providers, technical teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

This company has been in operation for several decades, building a variety of projects across the healthcare, multifamily, educational, and commercial sectors. Their projects range in size from $50 million to $100+ million in value, and they have an impressive pipeline of work into next year. Description

The Construction Senior Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Lead healthcare projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, engineers, IT specialists, and external vendors.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage and track project progress.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks; proactively resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to junior team members as needed.
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.

Profile

The Qualified Construction Senior Project Manager Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Bleubeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
