This role is for an MEP‑focused Superintendent to help lead a $180M ground‑up K-12 project in Charlotte thats kicking off, working alongside a strong on‑site team for a 3+ year duration. Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction.
- Proven ability to manage and oversee large-scale construction projects.
- K-12 School experience is ideal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
