This role is for an MEP‑focused Superintendent to help lead a $180M ground‑up K-12 project in Charlotte thats kicking off, working alongside a strong on‑site team for a 3+ year duration. Description

• Oversee and manage MEP systems for K-12 construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with design, budget, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and resolve any MEP-related issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction.
• Proven ability to manage and oversee large-scale construction projects.
• K-12 School experience is ideal
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
