Superintendent - commercial & industrial - PEMB & concrete

A senior Superintendent is needed to lead multiple ground‑up buildings within a large, active Miami development. This is a hands‑on role with heavy site, structural, and coordination responsibility.

A top‑tier general contractor with roots in the Northeast and a fully independent Florida operation. The firm is deeply embedded with repeat owners, partners early in preconstruction, and delivers complex urban projects across South Florida.

Description

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations for ground‑up projects
* Oversee sitework, underground utilities, and foundations
* Coordinate concrete, structural steel, and PEMB scopes
* Manage subcontractor sequencing, safety, and inspections
* Work closely with ownership and internal leadership

Profile

• 10+ years of construction experience
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Local to South Florida with strong subcontractor knowledge
* Proven ground‑up experience with concrete and steel
* Familiar with Miami codes and inspection processes

Job Offer

• Salary range: $140,000-$180,000; depending on experience
* Guaranteed 2‑week bonus plus project bonuses
