Description
OPM Firm - Project Manager - Hanover, NH - Multifamily & Higher Ed - $150k - Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for clients and internal records.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and outcomes.

Profile
OPM Firm - Project Manager - Hanover, NH - Multifamily & Higher Ed - $150k will have:
- A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Higher Education project experience up to $50M (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps).
- A commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients.
Job Offer
