Description

OPM Firm - Project Manager - Hanover, NH - Multifamily & Higher Ed - $150k - Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to address issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project reports and documentation for clients and internal records.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and outcomes.
