Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Vermont will:

  • Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Train and supervise construction staff as needed to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile
