Description
The key responsibilities of the Quality Control Manager include:
- Manage inspection tools and ERP job verification
- Lead First Article and in-process inspections
- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints
- Support ISO 9001 & 13485 audits and SOP compliance
- Mentor inspectors and machinists on quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement across production cells

Profile
A successful Quality Control Manager candidate will have:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quality control for precision machining
- ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 experience
- CNC/Swiss machining knowledge preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for quality and process optimization
