Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily
We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of a major multifamily development. This role offers hands-on experience and a clear path to advancement in a thriving sector.

Our client is a leading general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects across New Jersey. They are expanding their multifamily portfolio and looking for driven professionals to join their team.
Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to predetermined goals.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and proposals.
- Support the team in addressing project issues and resolving challenges promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide project updates.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the construction department.

Profile
- 2-4 years of construction management experience, including multifamily projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
