- Manage commercial interiors and office fit‑out projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality goals.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth communication and execution.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, drawing reviews, and project documentation.
- Lead project meetings, track milestones, anticipate issues, and deliver solutions proactively.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure top-tier finish quality, jobsite safety, and proper sequencing.
- Represent the company professionally while nurturing long-term client relationships.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial interior buildouts and office fit‑out projects in NYC.
- Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing, high‑quality finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and fast-paced project timelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a polished, client‑focused project experience.
- A strong collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, design‑driven environment.
