Description

    • Manage commercial interiors and office fit‑out projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality goals.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth communication and execution.
    • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, drawing reviews, and project documentation.
    • Lead project meetings, track milestones, anticipate issues, and deliver solutions proactively.
    • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure top-tier finish quality, jobsite safety, and proper sequencing.
    • Represent the company professionally while nurturing long-term client relationships.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing commercial interior buildouts and office fit‑out projects in NYC.
    • Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing, high‑quality finishes, millwork, MEP coordination, and fast-paced project timelines.
