Senior Quality Engineer

This role leads quality system compliance and process development for complex, highly regulated products, ensuring design controls, risk management, validations, and documentation all meet stringent industry and customer requirements. It drives product quality, CAPA activities, audits, and cross‑functional collaboration while mentoring junior engineers and supporting continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

It supports customers from early‑stage concept through full‑scale production, leveraging capabilities such as laser processing, nitinol processing, thin‑wall tubing, and advanced automation.

Description

  • Manage quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes in Engineering & Manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality concerns.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support product development and manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide training to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
  • Ensure documentation and procedures are up to date and aligned with compliance requirements.

Profile

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role.
  • Proven expertise in quality management and assurance.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product verification & validation activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
