We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing team. The APM will play a pivotal role in supporting the Project Manager (PM) by taking on key responsibilities and overseeing various aspects of the project lifecycle. Description
Assistant Project Manager - Electric - Norfolk, MA - $90k - Responsibilities
- Assist the PM in day-to-day project management activities.
- Handle change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals.
- Communicate with clients and general contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee the project's progress and address field issues as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and handle purchase orders.
- Ensure that electrical work between $400K-$800K is completed to specification and on time.
- Visit field sites when required to ensure quality and adherence to the project schedule.
- Assist in managing project documentation, including permits, inspections, and certifications.

Job Offer
Assistant Project Manager - Electric - Norfolk, MA - Will receive
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 - based on experience
