Talent Acquisition Coordinator
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent across both business services and legal functions.
The Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment, including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience that reflects the firm's commitment to excellence.

Description
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting requisitions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate both virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a professional and seamless candidate experience.
Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation and negotiations.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, professional networks, and candidate pools.
Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Support HR initiatives and special projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Profile
- The successful candidate for the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a highly organized and proactive professional with experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within professional services or a legal environment.
- They will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- This individual will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy with applicant tracking systems, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience is essential, along with the ability to contribute to broader HR initiatives and talent acquisition projects.
