Senior Billing Coordinator
The Senior Billing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing billing operations within the Finance department. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency in billing processes while maintaining compliance with company and client requirements.

Description
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for legal services.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and other team members to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and distribute client invoices in compliance with company and client guidelines.
- Maintain and update billing records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
- Analyze billing data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal billing standards and regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of new billing systems or updates to current processes.
Profile
A successful Senior Billing Coordinator should have:
- A strong understanding of billing processes and procedures, particularly within the legal or business services industry.
- Proficiency in billing software and systems, with attention to detail and accuracy.
