HR Business Partner - $115k-$135k - Hybrid in Sandy Springs, GA
The HR Business Partner is an exciting opportunity to step into a strategic role for a growing company. The HRBP will largely focus on compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. This role is responsible for evaluating salary structures, conducting pay equity reviews, and advising leadership on total rewards and competitive compensation practices. The HRBP also supports leaders with core HR functions like recruiting, retention, and investigations.
Client Details
Our client is a global manufacturer specializing in glass and chemicals that operates across multiple industries including automotive, construction, and consumer goods. The HR Business Partner will sit out of the corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA. Candidates must be able to go on-site twice a week.
The HR Business Partner serves as a key strategic advisor responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating the company's compensation programs to ensure they are equitable, competitive, and aligned with organizational objectives. This person should have experience designing and administering pay band structures, incentive plans, and compensation benchmarking. They must have experience conducting job evaluations and benchmarking.
In addition to leading compensation initiatives, this position functions as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), providing consultative support to business leaders and employees in areas such as talent planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
The role is approximately 60% focused on compensation strategy and analysis, with the remaining 40% dedicated to broader HR responsibilities.

Description
- Partner with team to design, implement, and communicate competitive compensation programs aligned with business strategy and market trends.
- Advise leaders on salary benchmarking, pay equity, and internal compensation structures.
- Guide and support managers through performance management, employee relations, and coaching converstions.
- Leading onboarding, offboarding, and engagement efforts.
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
Profile
- Proven experience as a strategic HR partner.
- Skilled in navigating pay equity and compliance in a multi-state environment.
- Experienced in managing annual compensation cycles (merit increases, bonus programs, promotions).
- Experience using compensation tools and survey platforms to guide data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable building or refining job architecture, salary bands, and career frameworks.
