Talent Acquisition Specialist | Cincinnati, OH
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage all aspects of hiring and recruitment for our client. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a high-volume environment.

Our client is a well-established family run organization within the manufacturing industry. They have over 1K employees globally and are still looking to grow!
Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation for engineering and maintenance employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and professional networks.
- Utilize recruitment software to track applicant data and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and position requirements.
- Conduct pre-employment background checks as necessary.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated on current employment legislation and regulations, and ensure company compliance.

Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 USD, commensurate with skills and experience.
