Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation for engineering and maintenance employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and professional networks.
• Utilize recruitment software to track applicant data and recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and position requirements.
• Conduct pre-employment background checks as necessary.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated on current employment legislation and regulations, and ensure company compliance.

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 USD, commensurate with skills and experience.
