Punch List Superintendent - Coral Gables

The Punch List Superintendent will oversee the completion of construction projects by managing and addressing all final project details to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. This role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction and the timely delivery of multifamily projects in and around Coral Gables.

Our client is a South Florida-based general contractor and construction management firm delivering high-quality commercial, hospitality, and renovation projects, with expertise in both ground-up construction and complex interior buildouts. The team takes a hands-on, collaborative approach-partnering closely with clients and design teams from concept through completion-to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

• Manage the punch list process and ensure all tasks are completed to specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
• Conduct final inspections and address any deficiencies identified.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Maintain detailed documentation of punch list items and their resolution.
• Provide hands-on supervision and direction to ensure project completion meets quality standards.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for future projects.

Profile

A successful Punch List Superintendent should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in punch outs specifically
• Managing punch list crews
• MEP experience, experience working closely with subcontractors.
  • Someone who is willing to be hands on when need be.
• High end/ luxury interiors, mid to high rise experience.
  • Condominiums, multifamily, hospitality.
• Experience using Procore construction software
• OSHA certified
