Project Manager - K-12 Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in K-12 school construction to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring the successful delivery of educational facilities.

Description
Lead and manage K-12 school construction projects, ensuring successful execution.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Coordinate with school district officials, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with state and local building codes, safety regulations, and educational facility requirements.
Manage procurement, permitting, and contract negotiations.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks while maintaining project timelines.
Provide leadership to on-site teams and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on K-12 school projects.
Strong understanding of educational facility construction standards and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
