Project Manager - K-12 Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in K-12 school construction to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who can manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring the successful delivery of educational facilities.

Description

  • Lead and manage K-12 school construction projects, ensuring successful execution.

  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

  • Coordinate with school district officials, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with state and local building codes, safety regulations, and educational facility requirements.

  • Manage procurement, permitting, and contract negotiations.

  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks while maintaining project timelines.

  • Provide leadership to on-site teams and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a focus on K-12 school projects.

  • Strong understanding of educational facility construction standards and regulations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
