As an Operations Engineer, you will oversee and organize operational processes within electroplating manufacturing. Description

• Support daily electroplating operations across production, quality control, and R&D.
• Apply chemistry and electroplating knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and sales teams to align operations with business goals.
• Gain experience in budgeting, procurement, and inventory management.
• Participate in training programs and contribute innovative ideas.
• Help establish and monitor KPIs for plating quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to maintain a safe work environment.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• 2-10 years of experience in engineering or management roles (or relevant internships).
• Basic understanding of chemical reactions and metal deposition processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for learning and process optimization.
