Design/Build General Contractor is looking for a Mechanical PM to join their growing team! Help with VA, GSA (gov & public) projects $5M-$20M, office in Norwell MA, sites mostly in MA.
In-house mechanical operation to carry out all that work for their jobs.
Family owned. Endless pipeline, never run out of work.
MUST be proficient in Procore & have experience with schedule of values, budget, pay requisition & cash flow.

Design/Build General Contractor is looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team! Help with projects ranging from $5M-$20M, office based in Norwell MA, sites primarily in Massachusetts.

Description
The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing mechanical projects from start to finish
- Ensuring projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, pay requisition and cash flow
- Conducting regular site visits to ensuring work is progressing according to plan
- Managing project documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Providing regular project status updates to senior management
- This is an in office role
Profile
The successful candidate has:
- A Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Must have experience in Schedule of values, budget, pay requisition and cash flow
- Must have at least state/public experience and federal is a plus too
- 7+ years working as a PM for a General Contractor or Mechanical Contractor (commercial/MEP projects)
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN PROCORE
- Demonstrates good judgement and professionalism
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
- Attention to detail, can produce quality work on strict deadlines
- Strong technical, computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
