Description

• Lead daily field operations for K‑12/public sector construction projects-ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain close communication with district representatives, architects, and internal project teams.
• Enforce site logistics, documentation, inspections, and compliance with all education‑sector requirements.
• Manage punch‑out, turnover, and close‑out processes to ensure a smooth handoff to school districts.

Profile

• K‑12 or public‑sector construction experience is required, ideally with Texas ISD project exposure.
• Strong background in managing ground‑up or large‑scale renovation projects.
• Stable work history (no more than 3 companies in the last 7 years is preferred).
• Proven ability to lead field teams, coordinate trades, and represent the contractor professionally to district stakeholders.
