Description

Reporting directly into the President, as the Vice President of Operations you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Engineering & Manufacturing Department.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with other department heads to achieve company goals.
• Develop and manage the department's budget.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

Profile

A successful Vice President of Operations should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years in a leadership role within Operations and Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the industrial manufacturing industry.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and performance metrics.
