Description

As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing daily operations of multiple sites
• Strategy execution for short and long term goals
• Overseeing scheduling, planning, and inventory management
• Excelling in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
• Managing the business financials including full P&L responsibility
• Developing and maintaining a positive work environment and driving operational excellence
• Working closely with customer service and sales teams to identify opportunities of improvement

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline, business, supply chain, or operations
• MBA is preferred
• 10-15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience of leading high performing teams
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement
• Experience managing a P&L
